DEBATE - The House proceeded with 10 minutes of debate on the Graves motion to recommit with instructions. The instructions contained in the motion seek to report the bill back to the House with an amendment clarifying that Hard-to-House families shall include households consisting of or including an individual who served on active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States for a period of not less than 90 days and who was discharged or released from such duty under conditions other than dishonorable.
