POSTPONED PROCEEDINGS - At the end of debate on the H. Res. 1083, the Chair put the question on adoption, and by voice vote, announced that the ayes had prevailed. Mrs. Matsui demanded the yeas and nays and the Chair postponed further proceedings on the question until later in the legislative day.
