Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II pf the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received a message from the Secretary of the Senate on May 14, 2009, at 10:04 a.m. stating that that body passed S. 615 and agreed to H.Con.Res. 104, without amendment. The Senate announced its appointments to the Commission to Study the Potential Creation of a National Museum of the American Latino.
