The Honorable Gene Green notified the House formally, pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, that he had been served with a subpoena for documents issued by the United States Department of Labor's Office of Administrative Law Judges in connection with a worker's compensation claim pending before that Office and after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, he determined that compliance with the subpoena was consistent with the privileges and rights of the House.
