POSTPONED PROCEEDINGS - At the conclusion of debate on H. Res. 363, the Chair put the question on adoption of the resolution and by voice vote announced that the ayes had prevailed. Mr. Bishop (UT) demanded the yeas and nays, and the Chair postponed further proceedings on the question of adoption until later in the legislative day.

Mr. Poe (TX) demanded that the question be put on agreeing to the Speaker's approval of the Journal and by voice vote, the Speaker announced that the ayes had prevailed. Mr. Poe (TX) demanded the yeas and nays and the Speaker announced that further proceedings on the question of agreeing to the Speaker's approval of the Journal would be postponed until later in the legislative day.
