Mr. Frelinghuysen raised a point of order against the Broun (GA) amendment. Mr Frelinghuysen stated that the provisions of the Broun (GA) amendment proposes to increase the level of new budget authority in the bill by proposing to increase the spending reduction account by more than the amount transferred out of other accounts.
