COMMUNICATION FROM THE SERGEANT-AT-ARMS - The Chair laid before the House a communication from the Sergeant-At-Arms wherein he stated that pursuant to clause 12(c) of rule I, an imminent impairment of the scheduled time for the House meeting of 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 30, 2012, was in place due to weather. Subsequently, the Chair announced that the rescheduling of the time of meeting for the House at 4 p.m. had been communicated to the Members.
