Mr. Harold Rogers asked unanimous consent that Representative-elect Thomas Massie be permitted to take the oath of office on November 13, 2012. Mr. Rogers (KY) stated that the certificate of election had not arrived, but there was no contest and no question was raised with regard to the election. Agreed to without objection .
