The House received a message from the Clerk. Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received a message from the Secretary of the Senate on December 20, 2012 at 10:02 a.m. stating that that body had passed H.R. 3477, H.R. 3870, H.R. 3912, H.R. 5738, H.R. 5837, H.R. 5954, S. 3630, S. 3662, S. 2318, S. 3202, and S. 3698. The message further stated that the Senate passed H.R. 4057 and H.R. 6029 as amended and named appointments to the United States-China Economic Security Review Commission.
