The House received a communication from Jim Renacci, Member of Congress. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Congressman Renacci notified the House that he had been served with a subpoena, issued by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, for both documents and testimony in a criminal case, and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, he will determine whether compliance with the subpoena is consistent with the privileges and rights of the House.
