The House received a communication from Printus LeBlanc, Legislative Assistant. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Mr. LeBlanc notified the House that he had been served with a grand jury subpoena, issued by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, for testimony and documents in a criminal investigation. After consultation with the Office of General Counsel, he determined that compliance with the subpoena is consistent with the precedents and privileges of the House.

Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Ms. Brakstad notified the House that she had been served with a grand jury subpoena, issued by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, for testimony and documents in a criminal investgation.
