Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on May 12, 2015 at 9:38 a.m.: That the Senate passed H.R. 651, S. 179, S. 136, S. 994, and agreed to S. Con. Res. 16. Appointments to the Board of Directors of Office of Compliance were also listed.

The House received a communication from Michael Gilmore, Veterans Advocate. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Mr. Gilmore notified the House that he had been served with a grand jury subpoena for testimony issued by the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois and that he had determined that compliance with the subpoena is consistent with the privileges and rights of the House.
