The Speaker laid before the House a message from the President transmitting a designation as an emergency requirement of all funding so designated by the Congress in the Act pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended, for the following account: "Department of Agriculture--Forest Service--Wildland Fire Management." - referred to the Committee on Appropriations and ordered to be printed (H. Doc. 114-63).

The House received a message from the Clerk. Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk transmitted a sealed envelope received from the White House on September 30, 2015, at 8:45 p.m., and said to contain a message from the President whereby he notifies that he has designated an emergency requirement $700 million in emergency funding for urgent wildland fire suppression activities as provided in the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2016.

The Speaker laid before the House a message from the President transmitting a designation for Overseas Contingency Operations/Global War on Terrorism all funding (including the recission of funds) and contributions from foreign governments so designated by the Congress in the Act pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended, as outlined in the enclosed list of accounts - referred to the Committee on Appropriations and ordered to be printed (H. Doc. 114-62).
