The House received a message from the Clerk. Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had the honor to transmit a sealed envelope from the White House on October 30, 2015, at 3:12 p.m. which contained a message from the President whereby he notified the Congress of his intention to terminate the designation of Burundi as a beneficiary sub-Saharan African country under the African Growth and Opportunity Act.
