The House received a communication from Norman Gugliotta. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Mr. Gugliotta notified the House that he had been served with a grand jury subpoena for testimony issued by the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, he will make the determinations required by Rule VIII.

Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on December 4, 2015 at 10:40 a.m.: That the Senate agreed to the Conference Report to accompany H.R. 22, passed S. 2032, and H.R. 3762 amended.
