Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Mr. Gugliotta notified the House that he had had been served with a grand jury subpoena for testimony issued by the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, he would make determinations required by Rule VIII.
