Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on April 14, 2016 at 9:22 a.m.: That the Senate passed H. Con. Res. 115, H. Con. Res. 117, and H. Con. Res. 120 without amendment, and that the Senate passed H.R. 1493 with an amendment.
