The House received a communication from The Honorable Ted Yoho, Member of Congress. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Mr. Yoho notified the House that he had been served with a subpoena, issued by the Circuit Court in and for Dixie County, Florida, Criminal Division, for testimony in a criminal case and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, he had determined that compliance with the subpoena is not consistent with the privileges and rights of the House.
