NOTIFICATION OF INTENT TO OFFER RESOLUTION - Mr. Fleming notified the House of his intent to offer a privileged resolution. Subsequently under rule 9, the Chair announced that it would not at this point determine whether the resolution noticed by Mr. Fleming constituted a question of privilege, but, would make the determination at the time designated for consideration of the resolution.
