Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on November 16, 2016 at 9:46 a.m.: That the Senate passed H.R. 4511 and made appointments to the State and Local Law Enforcement Congressional Badge of Bravery Board, the Federal Law Enforcement congressional Badge of Bravery board, the John F. Kennedy Centennial Commission, the World War I Centennial Commission, the United States Semiquincentennial Commission, the United States Commission on Civil Rights, the United States-China Economic Security Review Commission, and the Creating Options for Veterans' Expedited Recovery Commission.
