Pursuant to section 30442(b)(3) of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 (Public Law 115-123), Ms. Pelosi notified the House of her joint appointment, together with the Minority Leader of the Senate, of the Honorable Nita Lowey of New York to serve as co-chair of the Joint Select Committee on Budget and Appriations Process Reform.

Joint Select Committee on Solvency of Multiemployer Pension Plans - Pursuant to section 30422(b)(3) of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 (Public Law 115-123), and the order of the House of January 3, 2017, the Speaker and the Majority Leader of the Senate jointly appointed Mr. Hatch (UT) to the Joint Select Committee on Solvency of Multiemployer Pension Plans as co-chair.
