Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Deputy Clerk notified the House that he had transmitted a sealed envelope received from the White House on March 6, 2020, at 10:58 a.m., and said to contain a message from the President in accordance with section 507 of division A of the Coronavirus Preparedness and Response Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2020.
