Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received a sealed envelope from the White House on March 12, 2020 at 11:42 a.m., and is said to contain a message from the President on the Continuation of the National Emergency With Respect to Iran.

Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on March 12, 2020 at 10:28 a.m.: That the Senate agreed to the House amendment to S. 1678, passed S. 227 and S. 982, and agreed to H. Con. Res. 91.
