The House received a communication from Travis Knight, Legislative Director/Counsel, Office of Henry Cuellar. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Mr. Knight notified the House that he had been served with a subpoena for testimony issued by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and that after consulation with the Office of House Employment Counsel, he had determined that compliance with the subpoena was consistent with the privilges and rights of the House.
