The House received a message from the Clerk. The Clerk transmitted to the House a scanned copy of a letter received from Ms. Linda H. Lamone, Administrator, Maryland State Board of Elections, indicating that, according to the preliminary results of the Special Election held April 28, 2020, the Honorable Kweisi Mfume was elected to Representative to Congress for the Seventh Congressional District, State of Maryland.
