The House received a communication from Amanda Torbush, Constituent Services Representative, Congressman John Rutherford. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the House of Representatives, Ms. Torbush notified the House that the United States Navy had served her with a subpoena to testify before a Special Court-Martial of the United States and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, she had determined that compliance with the subpoena was consistent with the privileges and rights of the House.
