Res. 965, following consultation with the Office of Attending Physician, Mr. Irving notified the House that the public health emergency due to the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 was to remain in effect.

The House received a communication from Elizabeth Beltran, Staff Assistant, The Honorable Nancy Pelosi. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Ms. Beltran notified the House that she had been served with subpoenas for testimony issued by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, she had determined that compliance with the subpoenas was consistent with the privileges and rights of the House.
