The House received a communication from the Honorable Theodore E. Deutch, Chairman and the Honorable Jackie Walorski, Ranking Member - Committee on Ethics. The Chairman and Ranking Member of the Committee on Ethics notified the House that on June 1, 2021, the Committee on Ethics received an appeal from Representative Virginia Foxx of a fine imposed pursuant to House Resolution 73. The appeal was received after the Committee adopted its written rules and on June 29, 2021, a majority of the Committee agreed to the appeal.
