Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she transmitted a sealed envelope received from the White House on October 29, 2021, at 10:29 a.m., said to contain a message from the President on the continuation of the national emergency with respect to Sudan.
