The House received a communication from Honorable Theodore E. Deutch, Chairman and the Honorable Jackie Walorski, Ranking Member - Committee on Ethics. The Chairman and Ranking Member of the Committee on Ethics notified the House that on December 9 and 14, the Committee on Ethics received notice of a fine imposed upon Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene by the Sergeant at Arms pursuant to House Resolution 38 and House Rule II, clause 3(g) and that Representative Greene did not file an appeal with the Committee prior to the expiration of the time period specified in clause 3(g)(3)(B) of House Rule II.
