Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on February 14, 2022 at 6:30 p.m.: That the Senate agreed to return the papers to the House of Representatives at their request for H.R. 3076 and made an appointment to the Commission on Planning, Programing, Budgeting, and Execution Reform.
