The House received a message from the Clerk. Pursuant to section 1(k) of H. Res. 895, 110th Congress, and section 4(c) of H. Res. 8, 117th Congress, the Clerk notified the House that the following individuals each have signed an agreement not to be a candidate for the office of Senator or Representative in, or Delegate or Resident Commissioner to, the Congress for purposes of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 until at least 3 years after they are no longer a member of the board or staff of the Office of Congressional Ethics: Michael Barnes, Paul Vinovich, Belinda Pinckney, Karan English, Lynn Westmoreland, Karen Haas, Robert Hurt, William Luther, Omar Ashmawy, Jeffrey Brown, William Cable, Annie Cho, Helen Eisner, Indhira Benitez, and Caleb Moore. Copies of the signed agreements will be retained by the Office of the Clerk as part of the records of the House.
