The House received a communication from Jeff Sagnip, District Director, Office of Christopher H. Smith. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Mr. Sagnip notified the House that he had been served with a subpoena for testimony issued by the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division: Probate Part, Monmouth County and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, he had determined that compliance with subponea is consistent with the privileges and rights of the House.
