The House received a communication from the Office of the Honorable Jared Golden. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, that Aisha Woodward had been served with a subpoena to testify as a witness in a criminal trial in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. After consultation with the Office of General Counsel, it had been determined that compliance with the subpoena is consistent with the privileges and rights of the House.

The House received a communication from Aisha Woodward, Chief of Staff, The Honorable Jared Golden. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Ms. Woodward notified the House that she had been served with a subpoena for testimony as a witness in a criminal trial in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, she had determined that compliance with the subpoena was consistent with the privileges and rights of the House.
