The House received a communication from Eric A. "Rick" Crawford, Member of Congress. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Mr. Crawford notified the House that he had been served with a subpoena for documents and testimony issued by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, he had determined that compliance with the subpoena is partially consistent with the privileges and rights of the House.
