Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received a message from the Secretary of the Senate on December 22, 2010, at 9:41 a.m. stating that that body had passed H.R. 5470, H.R. 4445, S. 3903 and H.R. 6523 with amendments.
