The mission of Resilience Rising is to reduce the incidence and prevalence of child prostitution in the United States by providing opportunities for safety, healing, and empowerment.

We aim to accomplish this mission by providing a long-term, therapeutic residential program in a home-like environment for survivors of child prostitution. Resilience Rising is a residential child care facility for 12 girls under the age of 19 who are runaways, homeless, or street youth, lost in the child welfare system, or involved in the juvenile justice system. We aim to empower survivors of child prostitution with coping skills and life skills in order to break the inter-generational cycle of abuse and poverty that drives this tragedy.
