The House received a communication from Patrick T. Henry, Member of Congress. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Mr. Henry notified the House that he had been served with a subpoena for deposition testimony issued in the District Court of Caldwell, State of North Carolina in connection with a civil case, and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, he will make the determinations required by Rule VIII.
