The House received a communication from the Honorable Theodore E. Deutch, Chairman and the Honorable Jackie Walorski, Ranking Member - Committee on Ethics. The Chairman and Ranking Member of the Committee on Ethics notified the House that on February 23, 2021, the Committee received appeals from Representative Andrew Clyde of two fines imposed pursuant to House Resolution 73, that the appeals were received before the Committee adopted its written rules and that a majority of the Committee did not agree to the appeals.
