The Clerk transmitted to the House a scanned copy of a letter received from Mr. Steve Simon, the Secretary of State, indicating that, according to the preliminary results of the Special Election held August 9, 2022, the Honorable Brad Finstad was elected Representative to Congress for the First Congressional District, State of Minnesota.
